If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If sufficient notice is given, I will happily reschedule to a time that works for both parties. With less than 48 hours notice, your session retainer will be forfeited, and a new session retainer will be required to rebook your session.

Please understand that when you book an appointment, you are committing to that date and time. Short notice cancellations take away from my income and other people who would have liked to book with me. I can not guarantee a rescheduled session will be at the same location or within the same month of your original booking as I book well in advance. Available dates will be be sent to you to choose from and fill up on a first come first serve basis.

Rescheduling with sufficient notice allows me the opportunity to fill those openings.

SESSION RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Studio mini session rescheduling policy - due to the nature of these sessions, session retainers are both non-refundable and non-transferable.

If inclement weather (rain, extreme heat/cold) prevents a photography session from taking place, I will reach out to you 2-3 hours prior to your session start time to discuss rescheduling options. Manitoba weather changes hour by hour, so please wait until the day of your session before asking to reschedule.

There will be no fee to reschedule due to inclement weather.

Typically, you will receive your online gallery within 1 to 2 weeks. During the summer and fall, it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your gallery. If you need photos by a certain date, please take that into consideration when booking to ensure galleries are ready in time.

I do not provide prints but you will receive a print release with your online gallery that allows you to print your photos wherever you like. I recommend printing with Don’s Photo or Photo Central in Winnipeg. I have tested both labs and they offer great quality prints.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog to the session provided they are friendly!

Mini sessions are booked on a month-to-month basis at designated locations on weekends. This allows me to accommodate more clients on prime days by being able to book sessions back to back. Please view the book online section to see what locations are currently being offered.

If you would prefer a different location then what is available mini sessions can be scheduled at a location of your choice within Winnipeg or Stonewall, MB weekday evenings.

1-hour family sessions can be scheduled at a location of your choice. Travel fees will apply to all sessions outside of Winnipeg if travel exceeds 75 KM round trip at a cost of $0.60/KM

Mini sessions are designed for up to 5 people OR one immediate family. This includes you, your spouse and your children. If you'd like to include additional people within your session, there will be an additional fee of $10 per person.
